要:CAD软件使用日益广泛,而这些软件大多为通用平台,将这些软件用户化是模具行业的一个热点课题。本文针对模具行业,介绍了主流模CADAutoCADPro/EngineerUGSolidworksCATIA的二次开发技术和开发工具的选用方法。

Abstract: The CAD software have been used widely. However, most of them are designed for general application. It have been a hot topic to customize these software in mould industry. The common CAD software such as AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, UG, SolidWorks, CATIA and the selection method and realization technology of their secondary development tools have been introduced with emphasis on mould industry in this paper.

1 引言

经过几十年的发展,目前世界上流行的CAD软件有AutoCADPro/EngineerUGSolidWorksCATIA等等。这些软件都是商业化的通用平台,其功能几乎覆盖整个设计制造业,对模具工业、对具体客户、对具体制品,其设计制造功能不尽完善。针对这种矛盾,CAD软件的二次开发技术应运而生,并且成为当前模具CAD/CAM技术的研究热点。
