模具CAD常用二次开发工具的选用与实现技术

摘 要：CAD软件使用日益广泛，而这些软件大多为通用平台，将这些软件用户化是模具行业的一个热点课题。本文针对模具行业，介绍了主流模具CAD软件AutoCAD、Pro/Engineer、UG、Solidworks、CATIA的二次开发技术和开发工具的选用方法。

Abstract: The CAD software have been used widely. However, most of them are designed for general application. It have been a hot topic to customize these software in mould industry. The common CAD software such as AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, UG, SolidWorks, CATIA and the selection method and realization technology of their secondary development tools have been introduced with emphasis on mould industry in this paper.

1 引言

经过几十年的发展，目前世界上流行的CAD软件有AutoCAD、Pro/Engineer、UG、SolidWorks、CATIA等等。这些软件都是商业化的通用平台，其功能几乎覆盖整个设计制造业，对模具工业、对具体客户、对具体制品，其设计制造功能不尽完善。针对这种矛盾，CAD软件的二次开发技术应运而生，并且成为当前模具CAD/CAM技术的研究热点。
